If you’re having trouble running reports and queries in Aeries.NET, Teacher Portal, and/or Parent/Student Portal, and you’re using Safari, then your browser is likely blocking the necessary “pop up” windows.
To disable this behavior, open Safari by clicking on its icon in your dock:
Then click on “Safari” in the menu bar in the top left portion of your screen, and select “Preferences.” (Note: You can also use the following keyboard shortcut: “Command” + “,”)
In the newly opened Preferences window, click the “Security” tab and make sure the box labeled “Block pop-up windows” is unchecked.
Now you should be able to successfully run reports and queries in the Aeries.NET platform!
